All prices include delivery to mainland England, Wales and southern Scotland; delivery surcharges apply for areas north of Glasgow and non-mainland.

Delivery charges for products are free unless items are returned or cancelled once delivery has been made then a delivery charge will be levied.

The company undertakes to effect delivery as promptly as possible. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed as they may be affected circumstances beyond our control.

All goods are delivered on large heavy goods vehicles and as such will require access to the delivery address between the hours of 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday. If delivery access is restricted or is not convient due to holidays or closedowns please notify us at time of order.

All prices are subject to VAT, and are correct at time of issue; current prices should be checked at time of ordering.

Prices are those ruling at the date of despatch and are subject to alteration as may be necessary.

Claims arising from loss or damage to goods in transit must be notified to the company in writing within 3 days of receipt of the goods. The company will not normally entertain claims made outside the above limits.

Cancellation of an order prior to delivery can only be accepted on the following terms:

1) Work has not commenced on any non standard product.

2) We fail to meet any specifically agreed delay date. Cancellation after despatch cannot be accepted.

A 25% re-stocking charge will be applied for any cancelled or returned item.

Goods are sold on the understanding that they will only be used for their intended purpose and within their stated capacity. Goods are NOT sold on a sale or return basis.
