When goods have been ordered in error or are not as expected the Company may agree to their return on the following condition.

Many of our products are manufactured to order at various manufacturing establishments and therefore our returns policy varies from product to product. All products must be returned at customers expense and in perfect condition, a re-stocking charge of 25% usually applies to those products that are quickly re-saleable.

If Items are no-longer needed when delivery has been attempted then a 25% re-stocking charge will be applied along with the cost of delivery for that specific item.
